We were a new start business back in June 2015 and during our initial meeting, Gareth was able to match a solution to meet our current requirements but also to cope with the growth plans we had for the business.

In 2014 we selected Fenix Solutions to provide Survitec with an Avaya IP Office telephony solution at our sites in Dunmurry and Birkenhead to replace our old Meridian Option 11 switches.
During the installation phase our internal IT Team worked in partnership with the Fenix team led by Matthew Gouk. It was a seamless implementation which resulted from the thorough pre-planning and consultation which took place and the obvious experience and knowledge which the Fenix engineers had with both the old and new systems. The solution comprises and Avaya switch with approximately 120 IP handsets + IP DECT at each site and the sites are connected via a 100 mg leased line with the Avaya Small Community Network giving us fail-over / disaster recovery facilities in addition to free calls between sites.
Overall Fenix have proved to be a knowledgeable and highly competent provider with a real focus on continuing support post installation. We were highly impressed by their dedication to providing a solution that not only met but exceeded our expectations in every respect.
In February 2016, we were pleased to select Fenix Solutions to take over our lines. From first point of contact, our Account Manager Chris Higgins showed that not only had Fenix the knowledge and information on hand to best suit our needs, they were highly competitive and offered a fantastic, local based customer service.
